로버트 코크란(Robert F. Cochran, Jr.)

페퍼다인 로스쿨 브랜다이스 교수. 코크란 교수는 토머스 쉐퍼와 공동 저술한 Lawyers, Clients, and Moral Responsibility(1994), 존 디피파‧마사 피터와 공동 저술한 The Counselor at Law(1999)의 저자다.

또 그는 Journal of Legal Education 1호(1997)에 실린 “법률과 법학에 관한 기독교적 관점 서론”(Introduction to Christian Perspectives on Law and Legal Scholarship)을 포함해 20개 이상의 법학 리뷰를 썼다.

앤절라 카멜라(Angela C. Carmella)

세톤 홀 로스쿨 교수. 카멜라 교수는 The George Washington Law Review 60호(1992)에 실린 “종교행위의 자유 법사상에 관한 신학적 비평”(A Theological Critique of Free Excercise Jurisprudence), Notre Dame Law Review 73호(1998)에 실린 “종교의 자유에 관한 메리 앤 글렌던의 저작: 인간의 사회적 본성과 종교의 공적 본질”(Mary Ann Glendon on Religious Liberty: The Social Nature of the Person and Public Nature of Religion) 등을 썼다.

1988년부터 기독교교회협의회 소속 종교자유위원회(Religious Liberty Committee of the National Council of Churches) 구성원으로 일했고, 1997년부터는 가톨릭지식문화위원회(Catholic Commission on Intellectual and Cultural Affairs)에서도 일했다.

제라드 브래들리(Gerad V. Bradley)

노터데임 로스쿨 교수. Church-State Relations Today(1987), 로버트 배리와 공동 편집한 Set No Limits(1992), 케네스 그라소‧로버트 헌트와 공동 편집한 Catholicism, Liberalism, and Communitarianism(1995) 등의 책을 썼다.

그는 또 존 피니스와 함께 The American Journal of Jurisprudence의 공동 편집자며, 가톨릭교수회(Fellowship of Catholic Scholars)의 회장이다.

마시 해밀턴(Marcy A. Hamilton)

예시바 대학 벤저민 카도조 로스쿨의 토머스 리 공법 석좌 교수. 해밀턴 교수는 2000-2001년 뉴욕 로스쿨의 방문 교수였다.

토머스 쉐퍼(Thomas L. Shaffer)
